10.2 You may close your rd777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
10.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rd777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
